Our workshop is one of the best equipped CNC Turning departments with our latest machine the Hwacheon AYC 450. This machine is state of the art and capable of a fast production of large numbers of components/ specialist one off parts. Having live driven tooling gives us the ability to CNC turn a part and mill, drill and tap as required, to finish the part at one hit, thus saving production time and money.
All our parts are CAD CAM designed and modelled and are high speed machined with the latest state of the art software giving us the facility to design and machine any component from start to finish.
We also boast a comprehensive conventional machine shop capable of turning, slotting, splining, gear cutting, welding and fabrication. We can do anything from a one- off repair to batch quantities to DRG or sample and even assist in any design projects that you may have.
